A few novices had a rather exciting Saturday morning with Terry & Jude, from The Crown Inn for what hopefully will become The Crowns Clay shooting Club. Using the facilities at Acorn Shooting on the Compton Estate, Tim, Rob, and Pete learnt how to shoot a shotgun. Meanwhile Mike with Terry showed us how it should be done with Jude reminding herself how much fun it was to shoot after almost a year away from the sport.
Yes it was a cold and wet morning, but soon forgoten when in the stand and taking aim to shoot the clays.
All looking forward to more with the next one planned for 21st March.
